Palm Cove Wedding Photography – The Wedding of Kristin and Sascha on 28th July 2010
Thursday, August 5th, 2010Kristin and Sascha came all the way from Germany to be married on the beach at Palm Cove. The weather in the few days before their wedding was very ordinary with lots of wind and rain!
The location they chose for their ceremony was at the southern end of Palm Cove beach along the palm lined esplanade in front of the Angsana Resort. Wayne Rees performed a fabulous ceremony and the weather improved 100%! It was still windy but we had blue skies and no rain!
A lovely romantic and intimate ceremony, Kristin and Sascha’s wedding was attended by two guests. Kristin’s friend Lusanne has been in Australia from Germany studying and Martin, their travel agent from Germany, who happened to be holidaying in Cairns with his family at the time! Very personalised service from a travel agent I must say!
After the ceremony Wayne cracked open the sparkling wine to celebrate their marriage! We then went for a walk along the beach and the palm tree avenue to take some photos of Kristin and Sascha. We then decided to head down to the northern end of the beach to the jetty to do some shots down there.
The photo session over I left Kristin and Sascha with Lusanne to get themselves down to the Palm Cove beach webcam to wave to their families in Germany!
